Manufacturing

Change can often come in the form of a challenge. In 2020 we helped overcome yet another obstacle but for the Ameristar brand.

Every year, Ameristar does a phenomenal job of showing their employees that they are truly appreciated and at the end of the year there is an event honoring their employees.

The solutions seem so clear, after the fact.

When planning to overcome obstacles there can be so many solutions to choose from but ultimately doing your research and working hard at one of the options will produce results. That was the case for this solution and it ultimately showed their employees’ that they are valued.

Thinking back to the covid era, we were all unsure of what it meant to be around each other - remember this was a first for us. Ameristar who has a multitude of employees in the Tulsa area decided to switch gears that year and switch to a virtual presentation. That's certainly easier said then done so how did they decide to create a different experience that still communicates the values and some of the things they value most?

Video comes at no surprise as the chosen solution and we ended up recording about 30 interviews in at least 3 states to represent the dynamics of the Ameristar team.

From our "command center" in Tulsa we shot the majority of the interviews and edited all the content but also directed the shoots from afar with lighting diagrams and lists of requirements in order to finalize this project in a timely manner.

All of the numerous interviews came into play to create a list of over 15 individual video deliverables with 7 playing during the digital event itself. Here we are three years later and have finished this year’s version of this same project.

How do you Follow up a campaign like this?

In 2023 this is how.

JAG buildings originally called in 2018 asking to work together and 5 years later here we are producing their second Sales Video.

This second video we have produced for JAG isn’t just meant to update a video but to be strategic at showing potential customers who they would be directly working with. As time has progressed Aaron and Hannah have less of a customer facing role in the company. Now Aaron doesn’t have to be at every job site as they have a trustworthy crew doing their part to create these buildings as efficiently as possible for their clients.

This video gives glimpse at how their process works and how their company quickly and efficiently creates what they say they can do for their clients.

Recruiting Examples

Ameristar - Montage

This series of videos showcased Ameristar’s product line called Montage which is a residential fence line. Some of these videos targeted the end customer more, while others looked to target the fence installers.

This approach with breaking up the videos into more bite sized pieces allows for very specific targeting of information and parts of the process. The Sales as well as Marketing teams are able to utilize these different videos as targeted and specific vehicles for information.

We stepped into this project taking the script that they produced, shooting and then editing to meet their Goals.
